Deep Tissue Massage focuses on specific muscles of the body which are problematic and/or dysfunctional. This may be a result of injury or stress, chronic overuse or poor postural patterning.
Depending on time, the massage is dedicated to those areas and may not always include the entire body. Pressure is usually medium, firm or extra firm. Often more than a single treatment is needed, and regular massage will prove highly beneficial.
Hot towels provide extra relaxation and ease muscle tension, and are used to remove oil from the body.
