BOOKINGS
A $50 per person booking fee is required at the time of booking for all treatments 60 mins and longer, and all weekend bookings.
CANCELLATIONS
72 hours notice or more - Refund on booking deposits will be given.
24-72 hours - Gift Vouchers to the value of the booking deposit will be issued.
24 hours or less (cancellation or reschedule) - Deposits will be forfeited.
Confirmation of an appointment is acknowledgement of this cancellation policy.
NO SHOWS
A $25 fee will be charged to clients who fail to attend appointments if no deposit has been taken.

ARRIVAL TIME
We suggest you arrive 10 mins prior to your scheduled appointment time in order to fill out forms and discuss your treatment. Therapists are unable to go more than 10 mins over the scheduled finish time.
LATE ARRIVALS
Late arrivals may result in your appointment being shortened so other clients are not kept waiting. No refunds or credits will be given for late arrivals or shortened treatments.
NOISE
As a courtesy to all clients we ask that noise be kept to a minimum when entering the premises.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. A surcharge for expired vouchers will be charged at $30 per treatment hour for up to 6 months after the expiry date.
