Therapeutic Massage involves both general relaxation techniques and deep tissue work on specific areas of the body which hold greater tension, i.e. neck and shoulders or low back.
Therapeutic massage will leave you feeling like areas of the body have been loosened up and worked on. Pressure is usually medium to firm and can include the entire body.
Hot towels provide extra relaxation and ease muscle tension, and are used to remove oil from the body.
